What's the difference between Editors and Viewers?
Editors are users who can create/delete/re-organize cards on the tree, update the position of cards in the roadmap, update KPI/Outcome metric values, and attach Insights to cards.
Viewers can see everything in all of the workspaces but can't create/edit any of the content.
What integrations are considered Basic vs. Advanced?
What is included in premium support and onboarding?
Premium support includes shared Slack Connect support for ease of communication and faster replies. The additional onboarding support for this is a managed 90-day hands-on experience where we will meet with team members and ensure successful adoption.
Can I pay for a few extra editors instead of bumping up to the next plan?
Extra editor seats can be purchased for an additional $10/mo/seat. The Small Team plan can do this up to a max of 10 users, the Product Organization plan can do this up to a max of 40 users, but the Solo plan cannot purchase additional seats.
What are the custom billing options?
These are for customers who need to send us a purchase order, pay with a wire, or otherwise circumvent our standard Stripe billing flow.
How long is the free trial and what happens after it's expires?
Trials are 30 days long. After they expire, you'll need to decide if you want to keep using Vistaly and select a plan that works for you. If you need more time to decide, get in touch, and we'll be happy to extend your trial.
