What's the difference between Editors and Viewers?
Editors are users who can create/delete/re-organize cards on the tree, update the position of cards in the roadmap, update KPI/Outcome metric values, and attach Insights to cards.
Viewers can see everything in all of the workspaces but can't create/edit any of the content.
What is the Adoption and Training Program?
The adoption and training program is a hands-on onboarding experience that helps teams fully integrate Vistaly into their workflows while adopting outcome-focused practices and continuous discovery habits for long-term success.
What integrations are considered Basic vs. Advanced?
The Basic integrations include the Chrome Extension and the Slack Integration. The JIRA integration is the only advanced integration at present.
What is included in premium support?
Premium support includes shared Slack Connect support for ease of communication and faster replies.
Can I pay for a few extra editors instead of bumping up to the next plan?
Extra editor seats can be purchased for an additional $20/mo/seat. The Starter plan can add up to 4 extra editors (for a max of 8).
What are the custom billing options?
These are for customers who need to send us a purchase order, pay with a wire, or otherwise circumvent our standard Stripe + credit card billing flow.
How long is the free trial and what happens after it's expires?
Trials are 30 days long. After they expire, you'll need to decide if you want to keep using Vistaly and select a plan that works for you. If you need more time to decide, get in touch, and we'll be happy to extend your trial.
