How much time will my team need to dedicate to the training program?
Teams should expect to attend three 2-hour seminars and several 1-hour check-ins with coaches over the 6-week IC-team training portion of the program.
Does the program offer customization for our company’s unique goals, workflows, or organizational structure?

What role will Vistaly play in reinforcing the practices we learn during the program and troubleshooting challenges?
Product managers will have the opportunity to meet weekly with coaches to discuss their progress and challenges with adopting the practices learned throughout the program.
Is the program compatible with the tools we already use (e.g., Jira, Tableau, customer feedback tools)?
We either personally have experience or will bring in outside specialists who have experience with the majority of tools used by product teams.
