Is there a free trial?
Yes. Sign up and get 3 free interview snapshots and 1 AI-generated opportunity tree. After that, you have 7 days to explore the platform. Once your trial ends you can still log in and view your data, but you won't be able to add or edit content until you upgrade.
How does billing work?
Billing is per-seat plus any pre-paid AI credits. When you add seats mid-cycle, the seat charge is prorated for the remaining days. Pre-paid credit fees are a flat monthly charge.
How does AI usage work?
Every paid plan includes 1,000 AI credits at no extra cost. Credits are shared across your entire account — all seats draw from the same pool. You can pre-pay monthly for additional credits (up to 20,000 credits/mo) at a 30% discount compared to on-demand pricing. This fee is per-account, not per-seat.
What happens if I go over my credit limit?
If you use more credits than your monthly allocation, additional credits are billed on demand. Pre-paying for credits saves you 30% compared to on-demand rates. You can set a monthly overage limit in your account settings to prevent unexpected charges — once you hit the limit, AI features will pause until the next billing cycle.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep access to your current plan's features until then.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your subscription, your account reverts to the free trial at the end of your current billing period. All your data is preserved, but access to paid features will be restricted.
